Adds an MCP tool that takes the user's Matrix Secret Storage recovery key, opens secret storage, imports cross-signing private keys into the OlmMachine, and lets the SDK auto-sign the matrix-mcp device. No SAS emoji compare needed — same flow Element X uses on first login.
