The pitfall section I merged in PR#17 asserted the CI network blocks github. clark measured otherwise: github is reachable from the job path. The two failures were different and neither is a standing block: the precompiled :enoent is an absent artefact (lazy_html 0.1.12 ships nif-2.16, no otp-28 asset), and the lexbor clone timeout was a one-off that does not reproduce. Corrects the durable record to match.

Retracts the claim that the CI network blocks github. The precompiled :enoent is
an absent artefact (nif-2.16 has no otp-28 asset); the lexbor clone timeout was a
one-off connection failure that does not reproduce (github is reachable from the
job path). Neither is a standing policy block. Matches the correction sent to
clark.
